the RSPCA are about to start policing the new animal welfare law,but IMHO they can't even police themselves, their policies are draconian,they waste your donated money on pointless prosecutions and have never had a watchdog so who is watching them,who is stopping them continuing in the vein they using at the moment (one lady of 70 years had her door broken down by the police and had several RSPCA inspectors,council officials,and the police who had to be brought from another area because the locals refused to do the job)whether she had been breaking any law or not is this the way its going to be and this bunch condoned the act by not having a warrant.
just one case of many hundreds.
